As a tax consultant I help my clients, both individuals and businesses in paying their taxes and preparing their tax returns. I am an expert in tax laws with full knowledge of all updates. I work continually to ensure that my clients make the most suitable business decisions in the light of fiscal development. I monitor as well as anticipate changes to tax legislation and respond quickly with advice specific to their clients’ specifically commercial requirements. I ensure that businesses and assets are properly structured to minimise the taxation incidence. While doing my task the primary responsibility is collecting the taxation information on clients regarding their companies. I also advice on property transactions aspects including foreign property acquisitions, and the use of tax-efficient structures in property deals, including the efficient use of partnerships as well as co-ownership structures, thus collects that information too from the clients.
