Building an Organization Capable of Proficient Strategy Execution: Three Key Actions.(1.staffing the organization 2. acquiring, developing and strengthening the resources and capabilities required for good strategy execution 3. Structuring the organization and work effort)
Start a discussion thread, explain how the three Key Actions need to work together for proficient strategy execution.
To make the organisation's goal achievable and building a strategic execution towards those goals, the following steps are essentialy required to fulfill the process:
1. staffing the organization: The first step talks about staffing the organisation to achieve that effective strategy as well as strategic goal. One cannot achieve the goal and strategies without having the most diverse and effective workforce and thus staffing the most appropriate people considering the fact of putting right person at the right job is one important move to begin with.
2. developing and strengthening the resources and capabilities required for good strategy execution: The second strategic move talks about developing and strengthening the resources that we have acquired in the first step and making them capable for achieving or goals and strategies. It is a stated fact that you have to build a workforce which would have all the competitive factors and the values making them the most diverse and strategic workforce in the industry competing with the other organisations as well. You should be able to direct them, motivate them, lead them and make them work in such a manner where they could feel accomplished in achieving personal as well as organisational's goal.
3. Structuring the organization and work effort: At last, the last step talks about structuring the organisation in such a manner where the strategy seems achievable. For example, to achieve a cost leadership strategy you would probably adapt your organisation in a functional structure rather than divisional structure because it is cheaper as compared. Thus, the appropriate structure to meet the strategical needs and integrating the efforts of all the department would make your goal achievable.
