1.Describe three kinds of organizations and the three levels of strategy in them
The organization is a company having mission, vision, and objective there are two types of organization one is self-owned and the other is non-profit government organizations.generally, these self-owned and government organizations are divided based on 3 strategy
1.corporate level. in which higher authorities manage, implement and direct strategies for the entire company.
2.strategic business level: to achieve goals managers set the strategies for their business and create opportunities.
3.Functional Level: in this level, there are a group of specialists who create strategies for the development.

To achieve a target or goal company has to assess mission, organizational culture, core values.
Goals are the statements defined to achieve their targets and tasks to be achieved in a specific time.
Organization culture is a set of values, rules, and attitude that has to be learned by every member of an organization.
Core values are fundamentals that are implemented to guide the principals over time.
A mission is a statement in which desires of the organization are mentioned, it often identifies customer, market, and technology.

Managers generally use marketing dashboards to display the necessary information to other employees and marketing metric is a tool to measure the qualitative trend of the current market.
5.Explain the three steps of the planning phase of the strategic marketing process
An organization uses the strategic marketing process to allocate its marketing mix. The planning phase consists of > > Analyzing the SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats)( identifying them and take necessary strategies to implement them trying to change weakness to strengths and eliminating threats ).
>Market focus: understanding the market through market segmentation, in this phase goal setting is done to achieve a result and product analysis is done in this phase.
>Marketing programme: In this phase marketing strategies are specified for the marketing mix and this implementation stage contains 4 key elements, resource allocation, designing, developing and executing, marketing goals to identify the planning gaps and take necessary actions.
