Education is the most important thing to the growth and prosperity of any country. Training molds individual character and intellect. It also gives every person the talent and the inspiration. The traditional higher education system is similar to the brick and mortar style business system, where a student receives structured education from college / university through daily personal attendance of appropriate courses (Full Time / part Time). Nonetheless, there are many disadvantages to the traditional education system and a lot of changes are planned in future days.
To develop any present systems, it is common practice that these systems have to be compared with an imaginary, expected system of that kind of Ideal system. The term 'Ideal System' refers to the system that has ideal functionality, i.e., good in every way. This is what captures the mind as being fine. Ideal engine principle, ideal switch, ideal source of voltage, ideal source of current, ideal semiconductor devices such as ideal diodes, ideal transistors, amplifiers etc. have been described and taken as standards for improving the quality and performance of these practical devices or systems.It is found that researchers have continuously improved the characteristics/ properties of realistic devices / systems to enhance their performance by keeping these conceptual devices or systems in mind. Therefore, it is possible to use ideal properties of a computer or system to update or improve its properties to achieve 100% performance. Through comparing the properties / characteristics of a functional device / system with its ideal equivalent, it is possible to decide the necessary changes in that device / system in order to achieve this ideal system. Here, by considering various characteristics under 4 categories such as Input conditions, System requirements, Output Conditions and Environmental & Social Conditions, I presented an Ideal Education System model and evaluated those characteristics with a aim to achieve the target. We have also discussed the possibility of using mobile devices to realize our Ideal Education System Model through Online Education. Finally, a distinction is made between traditional education models using mobile devices and the online education model.

Training will help prepare students for the world of work at its best. The optimal education program will not only prepare students for the world of work but also prepare them to be inspired to change the world of work to better suit people's needs. An Ideal education system must have consistent and classifiable characteristics. A model consisting of input conditions, output conditions, structure based on various factors that determine the ideal features of the education system The criteria and social and environmental factors are extracted from the process of qualitative data collection, called the focus group approach. The block diagram for such a system appears in Fig. 1.
The characteristics of the ideal education system can be clarified based on their efficiency in enhancing the quality and benefits of the education system in inspiring & changing the world of work. The characteristics listed in the ideal education system model are discussed further below:
Online learning provides a unique learning experience for users as it enhances interactivity, time and place flexibility, the potential to reach a global audience, and easy updating of content as well as achievable capabilities and reduces education costs. Online produces an effective and efficient learning process. All of them are the benefits generated but not yet fully utilized by the higher education. Data collection techniques were conducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Result analysis for model development used Unified Model Language (UML) tool that utilized Use Case Diagram.In the education environment, online learning provides many benefits, such as enhancing their learning, student-centered, and learning experience without being hampered by time and place. In the point of view of online learning's accessibility and efficacy, the advantages include a substantial decrease in travel and working time, which can be expanded with more learners. The student is very versatile in controlling study time, deciding the position of the studying and the studying speed. Online learning is easier to track compared to traditional classrooms, and learners are given the opportunity to communicate with other people via e-mail and for slow learners who benefit greatly because they have more time to understand. For learners who can develop their own learning skills, they can use time management, review content on a regular basis, and receive guidance from either the teachers or colleagues.
It defines and classifies the different features of the Ideal Education Program. A suitable online mobile education platform is developed to realize most of Ideal Education System's assets. Various E-Business models are used to research the probability of the Ideal Education System being realized. It is found that omnipresent e-education called online mobile education model has most characteristics of the ideal education system.
