Testing Plan for new Education System:
Brief about New Education Plan: The school has launched the new education plan to enhance to learning capabilities in students. The other objective was to reduce the teaching efforts.
Objective: This plan is to test an effectiveness of new education system introduced for ease of students to learn the things as well as ease of teachers to use new techniques to explain the syllabus effectively. This plan consists the assessment of student’s learning and satisfaction, classroom environment, teachers, technologies, teaching methods, etc. The ultimate goal is to improve the education system in order to educate students effectively with reduced time of teaching.
Agenda of Plan: Please refer below table for schedule. The start date of same is to be determined upon approval of School Dean.

What were your main learnings from your testing?
Answer: The learning are listed in below bullet points,
· Education system is backbone of any school. The effect of this system in not only limited to school and it effecting society too. This is because students were talking about the global issue and sharing their knowledge in assessment meeting.
· The equal practical knowledge also important as theory. Many students were perfect in theory but some were knowing the equal practical things.
· Awareness of social responsibility: Some teaches were not able to educate the social responsibility and were not able to connect class with society.
What worked? What didn’t work?
Answer: Technology worked as the effect of same was excellent. Approach of teachers to teach practical things did not worked.
What could be improved?
Answer: The infrastructure for laboratories is not sufficient and school need to increase this as soon as possible. When the assessment happened, already half semester has been passed.
Any new ideas results from testing? If yes, how can you use them?
Answer: Another idea is to have an industrial visits for students. This way their vision will be clearer. Second idea is to give 15 days’ training on socialization.
How will you use your test results to improve your solution?
Answer: There results will be used to have education system much helpful to the students. The gaps identified in assessment need to be filled. The new plan is to be prepared with action items and responsibility matrices (staff/ dean/ senior staff).
