STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Statutory regulations develop quality standards and it oversees health care professionals and health care products. It supports the health care professionals to provide quality education and quality training.

- fighting against the frauds
- safeguarding workers and public health
Privacy act - the citizens should know about what information is collected about them and it should be ensured that the information are secured under privacy act.
Confidentiality of drug abuse patients - the records of patients who are alcohol and drug abuse should have additional privacy.

This is mainly concerned with regulations of multiple responsibilities. They will look forward to improve education and providing proper training.
