If I am the CEO of a company I would make sure that Desing thinking is an important aspect as it helps to understand the user, challenge various assumptions, redefine issues and helps to find alternatives to various strategies and solutions that were difficult to assess at the planning or the beginning phase.

• Design thinking provides a solution-based technique & approaches to various challenges.
• It helps to make sure that the way of thinking and working changes & becomes a part of the process.
• It revolves around an in-depth interest in the understanding of the customers for whom the products & services are being designed.
• It helps to answer a lot of challenges like questioning the problem, the assumptions and the implications.
• It will help the team to understand & uncover all the pain points & post the identification the team can work over it.

As a CEO design thinking is helpful to tackle various problems that are not well defined. It helps to reframe the issue in various human ways and created many innovative ideas through the process of brainstorming. It also helps in experimentation, testing, recreating and figuring out new ideas, concepts & processes.

Here is how it will change & affect:

• It is important to empathise with customers. This phase involves a deeper reflection of how the consumers interact or are impacted by the product or service. The observation should have an empathetic attitude and not have any preconceived notions.
• It is important to define what the customer's needs are, the issue that is being tackled & the overall insights. It is important to analyse all the challenges & difficulties faced by the consumers.
• It is important for challenging various assumptions so that new innovative ideas can be created. Brainstorm & find more solutions as a CEO with the team.
• It helps to prototype & start solving more issues & create more solutions. In this phase, the idea becomes an actual solution.
• Another phase it involves is the test in order to know the solutions. In this phase, we get to know the feedback of the product.

In no specific order, these above-listed phases help to design thinking in a better manner. As a CEO design thinking helps to improve products & bring change by analyzing and understanding how the customers interact with products.
