This information is used by a firm or an organization to plan the costs of human resources in an effective manner. Furthermore, this information is also used to control and manage various aspects of human resources and how other resources will be allocated. The information collected and present in the HRIS systems is compiled into a database so that it can be analysed as well as accessed. The information present in HRIS facilitates the automation of the human resource planning process and it also reduces the reliances on the paper records.
