2) I drink more water in morning.
This is the first activity that i do in every morning. It helps rehydrate the body. I drink at least two glass of water when i wake up. I drink water on empty stomach because, it helps cleansing bowels. Drinking water is good for health and skin. It clear all the waste from body and make you feel hunger. It helps to boost energy and speed up metabolism. And it is very help for weight reduce.

I play games in evening
I play games in every evening with my friends or my family members. It is very funny and make relax. Playing with family and friends make to laugh together. I play at least an hour. I play both physical and online games. Physical game is good for health. It is very helpfull for physical development, boost physical stamina and also increase immunity. Online gaming enhances concentration and memory. Group play also provides social benifits.
I write diary in night
I write diary in every night before i go to bed. It helpd to improve memory power. This is the way of relieve stress. I write my thoughts and feelings and it helps to undrstand more clearly.
