Decision concept is the principles on which the decision is taken. There are many ways of taking decision and the decision is taken sometimes collectively or individually.

In case of organization or group, decision is taken in the democratic way. In such case the decision is done openly. The majority decision is granted. Such decision is recorded in particular way. It is also recorded who support the decision and who do not support the decision.

In the decision making the authoritative role is very important. The authoritative is given to the person who is expert in some particular matters and objects. Here the individual does not show any kind of rigidity and boldness. In family matters we find such decision.

The authoritarian decision is taken when I individual or organization takes the decision solely by himself or itself. It does not show any kind of adjustment. Here the decision is taken by one-sided. Here the views of the opposition are not regarded and accepted.
