Marriott is a U.S based company which has its headquarters in Maryland, and is a big brand name in Hospitality at the international level. Its facilities are world class and the company owns 4500 properties that are spread across 90countries. I have chosen this company because of the high quality experience and customer service it offers. It offer good food with great taste and ambiance of its properties is World class. The tangibles of the organization like properties and people are amazing. It is reliable as I have always got the service quality that I desired, the people and the organization is highly responsive and I have always got a timely response for any request and a prompt service. They are expert in hospitality and there is always an assurance of quality. Similarly they have empathy and care a lot about their customers. Thus all these factors related to SERVQUAL are present at this organization and this make me chose this company and keeps me returning to its properties.
