Medication are use to prevent desease to treat desease to aid in diagnostic purpose also to relief from symptoms.

Newborn : up to 28 days old baby is called newborns or neonatal.

Medications

1. Vitamin K injection: babies are born with low vitamine k also there is no food given to baby up to 6 month( ecclusive breast feeding time) so no chance get from food also ,

Vitamin k is essential from blood clotting and this can prevent babies from blleding, and maintain brain functions.

2. Hepatatis B Vaaccination : prevent hepatatis B viral infection which is transmitted throug parentral mode ( except faeco oral mode). It is very dangerius onfection have to fee weak from life long infection. This first dose of vaaccine prevent baby from exposure. Further dose give to baby also ( 0,1, 6 month). This infectin is inflammation of liver.

3.Erythromycin Eye drops: prevent eye infection during delivary its lead to blindness.

These all medications are low side affect and allergic reactions.

4.Ampicillin injection: ( available 250 mg) it is used in vase of neonatal sepsis ,meningitis,and similer infections.

5.phenobabiton : 1 ml ampule with 200 mg /ml. Used treat newborn from neonatal seizures.alao for curare like problems and EEGmuscular paroxysmal problems.

6. Nasoclear Saline nasal sprays: in climate change , cold related conditions this help baby to ease.

7.BCG vaccine: This is used to prevent newborn baby from mycobacterium tubercle infection ( tuberculosis).

8.COLICAID drops: use 8n digesion, gas , stomach releif for babies.

9.VitaminD3: It is assrntial for babies dialy about (0.5 ml) when there is clomate changes and leas sunlight ect.

10.Crocin drop: typical for Fever alsi in discomfort following vaaccinatons etc.

11. Gripe water from wood wards: it is sweat and use full for babies digesion and comfirt etc.

All medication followed by newborns by advising by physician.
