true or false?

Solutions

Expert Solution

b. False

This statement is false

The people born in 1946 – 1964 are known as the baby boomers because after the end of world war 2 the production of the babies increased suddenly due to stability in society. Baby busters are those who have been born between the period of 1965 to 1980. Baby busters tend to balance their personal and professional life by desiring the flexible schedules. Further, they change their career often to get a wider scope of careers. The baby boomers are not technically savvy and they are hard workers. They are extremely motivated by perks, incentives, etc. Most of them follow work ethics and follow their commitment to the workplace. They blame the younger generation for not doing the same.

The technology has changed the workplace, flexible working, technology-dependent, etc are the issues that are faced by the baby boomers. They are not blaming the baby busters for passing down the serious problems that they are now confronting
