According to me, an ideal organization should possess a culture that accommodates athe values of all employees. The organization should possess a formal and strong hierarchy which is primary and that should be fair and justified. The hierarchy will ensure that employees follow basic norms and any violation may lead to escalating the issue just to the next level in hierarchy. The organization should not support or exhibit any discrimination practices and should respect diversity based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, etc. I believe that diverse organizations are successful because there are so many options to avail and ideas and opinions are also different which make things easy. Organizations have a lot of competition today and need to be competitive in the industry or else they will lose the ground they're possess.

If I would have been the manager I would have focussed on these aspects so that organizations can create value and employees prefer to work in such organizations because such organizations help employees to grow and develop as professionals and the objective should be well defined. Managers Olay an important role in organizations today and it is them who actually transforms organizations and will help professionals grow.
