Expert Solution

As per humanity, No one deserves death except natural death which occurs during old age. We all are made by God, we all are equal, we all have the right to live our life as we want. As per law also, there is a democracy to live our lives with freedom.

But, there are some persons who are monsters in the form of human. Those who are accused of a serious crime like murder, rape, they do not have the right to live. They are the one who deserves death. There are people who are a burden on society or those who are dangerous for a society like terrorists they should be eliminated from society. The law has the power to give death to such criminals in the form of death and it is necessary to give death punishment to such convicted to create a fear in the mind of other criminals. so these criminals only deserve death.
