What is your initial strategy in terms of balancing the triple constraint, i.e. scope (goals and what is to be accomplished), time (or schedule to get things done), and resources (money, people, and being provided the resources WHEN you need them)?
We have all worked with folks who are afraid of making the wrong decision, so they either drag out their decision or make NO decision. How does that compare in the game Tetris?
As time goes by (and you get closer to your ‘deadline’) and parts of your ‘project’ are not getting completed as you would have liked, what do you now see happening?

Tetris game does have one major difference from project management: by definition, a project is unique;
has an achievable goal; and it has an end. How might we ‘redefine’ the game Tetris (or more
specifically, the ‘game over’) so that it IS more inline with the attributes of a project?

Project Management
The Triple constraint Theory or The Triple constraints of the Project Management has been given many names -Iron Triangle, Project Triangle, which defines three interconnected elements that keeps everything in perpspective and on track which involves;
The concept usually states that the success of the project is being impacted by its budget, deadlines and features, as it usually plays crucial role in determing success of project before and after it is implemented; when planned carefully and balanced well as project progresses in which they can lead to successful outcome.
The use of Popular computer game, Tetris , which helps to teach and Key project management concepts and decison making skills. The game is being played inorder to analyse and make the comparisons for the project management and Decision making which helps to compremend the project development. The main object of the game is to create horizontal rows of blocks without any blank gaps. Inorder to be good at project management everyone should be expert in this game, which helps in taking the decision spontaneously or very quickly.
Results:
Its strongly believed that the comparison of Game Tetris, as a Teaching tool with Triple constraint Theory is a strong success. The Huge impact its use in making project mangement and Decision-making studies make sense for coming up with balancing of scope, time and cost until the projects reaches a successful conclusion. Quality is often mainly focused on characteristics of deliverables, as it is subjective factor which can only be measured through the regular conversation between the clients and stakeholders inorder to support their new additions and subtractions, Wherein, always an effect on other two that will call for some adjustments.
