A huge number of people suffer the weight problem and lack of self-esteem because many physical and psychological changes in them. Its normal to face some physical and emotional ups and downs for all human beings. There are numerous ways that one can look for to improve these situations. Some of them are as follows:

If you are overweight, you may feel frustrated, angry, or upset. Being aware of difficult emotions is the first step in dealing with them. The family need to understand the exact problem then seeking for probable solution.

The role of family is immense. They need to be supportive and encouraging. Mental support is something which hepls much during these hard times. They need to be strong mentally and physically.

Physical activities and exercises can help a lot in improving weight problem and low self esteem. Physical activities flex muscles of the body and help relax your mind.

Sometimes families try to compare one with other people who are relatively fitter than the one. This needs to be stopped right away. This has an immense negative mental effect. Families just need to make him relaxed and tell him that its not a big deal.

Helping the person learn to do things in his own. It will bring in him self confidence and he will try to get better and better and next time.
