  1. Self- esteem has deep impact on behaviour. Lower self esteem can cause behaviour problems like low in moral, Depression, lack of interest in performing duties, dizziness while High Self esteem can cause great motivation to work, developing aggressive nature, working with great enthusiasm, positive frame of mind etc.
  2. As stated above, an employee with low esteem always love to avoid responsibilities entrusted upon him, he will be in a depressed state of mind and will least prefer to work. Negativism is one of the characteristics of such employees. If i will come across with an employee with low self esteem, i will first try to find out why he is behaving differently. It might be possible, if the employee is not happy in his personal life, he may carry his unhappiness to work place also. If everything not good at domestic environment that may also lead to low self esteem. Hence I will try to find out the root cause behind the low self esteem, then I will try to design appropriate remedies accordingly.
  3. Strategies will be different because in my own case, I know the factors responsible for low self esteem. To put it differently causes are known before hand but in case of other individual(employee in this case) , I am unaware of the cause of low self esteem.
