List the implementation preparation steps that follow after the vision statement and broad objectives have been developed.
Objectives:
Strategic management is a process through which the vision, mission and goal of an organization is set and defined. Once formulated then organizations continuously thrives to achieve the same through set policies and procedures which means vision and objective implementation.
Structuring for vision and objective implementation:
While implementing the objective the below mentioned steps has to be followed:
1. Communication: Once vision/objective is framed it needs to be effectively communicated to the entire organization right from the labours to the management team. Only when everyone has clarity on what are the objectives they would thrive to achieve the same.
2. Resources: Allocating resources comes next wherein the team in order to work towards the strategy should be allocated with tasks, sub tasks, tools, equipment etc. Only when this is done the actual ground work can take place.
3. Policy Framing: Framing policies and procedures would be next step in implementation which guides the team members towards achievement of the objectives. What has to be followed and what not to be done should be stated clearly here.
4. Leading: As the word indicates leading is managing, motivating and directing people towards achievement of the organization goals. It is typically setting influential people in order to lead a team to conduct all the planned work activities. It helps to achieve the objective with efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Controlling: The monitoring and evaluating activities comes under controlling to check if the organization is moving in the right direction towards attainments of its goals. It typically means enabling the accomplishment of the plan through checking performances.
