The term socialization use to refer to the lifelong process of inheriting and disseminating norms, customs, and ideologies, providing an individual with the skills and habits necessary for participating within his or her own society and celebrations. Socialization is important even much more important in childhood because it shapes the very future of the child. It makes children to develop their own self and give a sense what others are expecting from them. It enables them to condition their interaction accordingly keeping in mind the context of the interaction. It is shown that when young children are put to the socialization process the develop various life skills, whether they are problem solving or any other important. They are able to work in collaboration with others. They also supposed to know how become a team leader. Disciplined behaviour is highly appreciated in our society, that discipline can come from social interaction. We always tend to judge any personality through the behaviour of a person, so disciplined behaviour is the product of socialization. These are some of the benefits that the process socialization has.
