The child obesity in developing and developed countries is increasing rapidly, in America, the obesity in children is facing crucial phase. Child obesity is a serious health factor which affects whole society and future situations, obesity come with numbers of diseases and physical and mental problems.

Reason behind child obesity- The child obesity belongs to various health and social factors. Past few decades, we have developed time saving technologies, foods and drinks so that now we can get many fast or time saving food which make us less effortful and active, exercise and outdoor sports seems to be vanished due to video games, internet and television. Children spend more time with video games, internet and cell phones, so that the energy consuming sports get less time. Lack of physical activities, food culture, excessive use of internet and cell phones reduced the energy consuming activities, so we can see obesity in children.

The middle and late childhood stage experiences autonomous behaviour, change in food pattern, less physical exercise and excessive use of video games, internet, so that the children at this age experience obesity and cardiac problems too.
