Technology has entered to a great extent in our day to day lives. Earlier when we were as children technology was emerging, it was mostly seen only in developed countries but now all kids have seen internet, mobile etc right from their early stages. Nothing is new to them.Hence technology is also becoming a problem as well as a helper if used properly

Physical - Today kids get lot of information, there are many channels that are available on internet, . There are also many dance or sports related videos. Pros - Such channels can provide a good view for kids to do any kind sports activity, they can rewind it, store it if required. Cons - On the other hand we see that many kids are addicted to mobiles, online gaming and they do not want to go and play outside. This is the reason for their obesity in developed countries.

Cognitive -There are specific kids specific channels which encourage a lot of information. . Pros - There is vast growth in cognitive development of kids compared to the kids of 1990s. They acquire information from the corner of earth very easily. Their grasping power, numerical solving quotient and overall IQ has also increased. Cons - Since they get information easily kids prefer to go through internet over to reading any book. It is seen that their patience to read any book has decreased, they can continue to study same subject for hours. They prefer variety in their learning. It shows lack of EQ, which is in a way also responsible for good academic growth.

Social development - Pros - The kids have become smarter, they can directly talk with adults about topics like space, current news, history since schools are also encouraging lot of information. They also outshine in performance from the dance, singing competition held on TV, or any society. They have got lot of exposure compared to our generation. Cons - We can see that lot of rivalry has also increased instead of healthy competition, hence there are cases of committing suicide due to failure, or killing somebody or beating till death for revenge. More or less the respect for elderly people has decreased, they prefer to be in their own world with mobile, rather than sharing word with grand parents.
