1. Physical exercise is a building block for good health. it helps to improve mobility and strengthens the muscles, It helps in improve blood circulation, in different parts of the body. It decreases many mortality risk factors such as high blood pressure coronary heart disease, stroke, and cancer etc. If taken care in adulthood there are fewer chances of falling sick to old age disease as the regular exercises will keep us fit.

2. Diet. Diet plays an important role, a proper diet that is suitable to our body as everybody reacts in a different way a proper diet consists of minerals proteins, vitamins, together with positive thinking and regular exercise will help prevent old age disease. Dairy products, vegetable, fruits, meat, and fish and sunshine are an important part for good bone, as sun light is a natural source of vitamin D that gives health to bones together with Calcium.

feeling lonely can cause a psychological problem and cognitive decline, as feeling isolated can induce disturb sleep high blood pressure and elevated distress hormones it is always better to a good social life and connected to people.

2 Attending church services, if a person is spiritual and religious it provides support and strength, the gathering at the church gives support a calm mind in adulthood will provide peaceful sleep, it helps in reorganizing the brain activities, in future which helps control important processes such as working memory and executive function.
