According to me personality can change. Personality is how we as individuals tend to behave and also think and feel. Personality is taken to be what we are. personality is combination of emotional characteristics attitude and behaviour of an individual. It has followed a wall course determined by the ideas of the centuries that is crossed and even today it would be difficult to find a more solid concept of schools and the attitudes of the the authors who make use of it. There are at least two different approaches of personality that is theories of types and theories of traits.
Biological theory, behavioural theory, psychodynamic theory,
humanist theories, trait theories are the theories of personality
with organisational behaviour.
Biological approach suggest that genetics are responsible for personality. In the classic nature versus nurture debate , the biological theories of personality side with nature.research suggests that there is a link between genetics and personality. Behavioral theory suggest that personality is a result of interaction between the individual and the environment.humanist theory emphasizes the importance of free will and individual experience in the development of personality.
