In our society, we have come to believe that incompeten is a necessary features of civilazation. the Peter principal is a proposal for the betterment of the human condition that embodies kn0wledge of the nature of the human being. this principle believes that in a Hierarchy an employee tends to rise his level of incompetence and that each post ordinarily is occupied by an employee unfit to execute its duties. often the only characteristic responsible for promotion because the source of incomptence at new level.although competent people are added at the lowest level of Hierarcgy.They are rapidly drawn off by promotion leaving the incompetent. This phenomenon occur in all trades and professional because the same basic rule applies at every rung of the ladder in the Hierarchy. Accomplishment result because work is done by people who have not attained final placement at their level of incompetence

Creative incompetence by which an employee engage in some eccentric conduct making unfit for promotion. is a way to avoid untimate promotion and so to remain at a level of competence.
