Expectations play a huge role in our careers as well as the people around us. Having an MBA will grant you access to positions that you might not have been able to obtain before. Write on Paragraph about what your expectation is for your career once you obtain an MBA and another about how co-workers have played a role in your success.

Yes the above statement is absolutely right that expectations and people around us play a very important role in our life. Actually when I completed my graduation degree then I had to make a very important decision regarding my post-graduation studies. Then after thinking very deeply about my future expectations I decided to pick up the MBA course. In this course, I learnt various important things such as how to handle and manage many important things in our life. Also this course helped me in learning management at a very great level. Earlier I was not having such knowledge. Also my various skills have been improved through this course such as decision-making skills, communication skills which are quite essential for getting a reputed job.

All these necessary skills are really helpful in my current job. My expectation from this course was to obtain an excellent job which can help me in going ahead in my life and in my career and after completing the course I got placed in a very reputed company with a handsome salary. I really got very happy when I was placed in a reputed company. Another expectation which I had after completion of the course was that I should not be overburdened by the job and I should be able to handle my job in a very comfortable manner. This expectation also got fulfilled as the co-workers with me are really cooperative and helpful. They always help me and even I help them in difficult tasks. Thus such cooperation never lets me feel overburdened with the job activities. All the employees in the company help each other to overcome difficult situations. There is a very friendly atmosphere in the organization. This helps in bringing positivity to the organization.

Thus my first expectation was that I should get an excellent job in a reputed company and I should be able to earn a good amount of money. This expectation got fulfilled as I was placed in the reputed company after my MBA course got completed. Another expectation I had was that I should not be overburdened with the job activities. This expectation also got fulfilled because of the cooperation and help which I receive from the co-workers in the organization. Such cooperation from the co-workers really helped me in getting huge success in my career as the co-workers have always helped and supported in tough times and gave me the necessary help whenever I required from them and I am really thankful to them.

Thus I have explained my expectations and I am fortunate enough to get those expectations fulfilled.
