Coronavirus has certainly made a huge impact in many ways, including employees’ performance, organizational performance and changed our jobs/work nowadays. It has impacted employees' performance by not able to work from the office, they are unable to give their 100% and do the job as usual. It has impacted the organizational performance in huge ways, as many organizations are unable to do business due to the lockdown in most of the parts. And since the offices, plants, shops, etc are closed, they are incurring huge loss day by day. And, it has changed our jobs/work nowadays by pushing us to stay home and work from home itself, which in most of cases is not possible and not as much productive as working from the office. And, I think that such impact/changed will continue in the future as well, at least until the vaccine for this won't be available. Though with this, organizations can learn a big lesson by going as much digital as possible to ensure that if any such circumstance comes back they are prepared and face it in a better way.
