Job summery -

As an elementary school teacher, you have the opportunity to set the level for the students for there learning.which will help in there whole life. When the students experienced the good education during elementary school, they are more prepared to take on the challenges of middle school, high school and in there life. You are able to teach students the value of learning and also how to overcome the challenges and obstacles they face that keep them from achieving their goals. While stick to the core curriculum required by the state, you are able to find creative and engaging ways to teach students real-life application of difficult concepts like English literature,poems etc.

Job Description -

  • Develop the detailed lesson plan for English subject. which will taught in the class.
  • Observe every students behavior in the school to determine their emotional balance as it affects their academic performance.
  • Closely watch each student.so that they don't indulge in any form of activity.which may cause harm to them.
  • Take a disciplinary action against the student.who misbehave in the class and also give the rewards to the good and well behaved students.

Job duties and Responsibilities-

  • Give the homework to the students that what they learned and understand the particular topic.
  • Take attendance on daily basis to know who is present in Class and who is absent.
  • Wait after school to ensure that all the students leave the school campus safely.
  • Reach school and course-wide performance goals for every student in class.Which help them to know there performance in the class.
  • Weave goals, competencies and objectives into lesson plans in ways that directly apply to the student’s life.Which will help them to face the challenges in there life.
  • Prepare the grade tests and assignments in order to evaluate students' progress.

Education and Training required -

  • Candidate should have Bachelor degree in Elementary education.
  • Should have specialization in English.
  • Candidate should Pass state certification exams designed to meet the needs of elementary students.
  • Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience.
