The functions of planning are-:
Planning refers to setting the goal for organization and deciding about it how to achieve them.It involves selection of task and objectives and actions in order to achieve them fully with the help of decision making and choosing the best alternatives among all in the future.Planning also ensures to maintain managerial effectiveness by addressing future activities.
The functions of Organizing are-:
It refers to the term to whole process by the help of which plans are moved closer to execution of it and it is next step after the process of planning.
Organizing tells how to determine the activities and to be connected with team well.It is part which helps in assigning the roles for people in the company and the purpose of it is to create a environment for best working performance.
The functions of leading are-:
It works as,influence staff for the work assigned to work together with the interest of organization,it is considered as the most difficult part for the organization. Leading helps in giving motivation and consideration to the staff.It helps to create the positive attitude among the employees of organization to give their best efforts towards the organization..
The functions of Controlling-:
Controlling is also considered to be very essential part for the organization and helps to monitor the full process in organization for the fulfilment of goals of the organization. Controlling is refeered to comparing,measuring and correcting the activities of the company for achieving goals of the company.Controlling also helps in doing measurement of goals or to track progress report such as keeping eye on budget expenses and to take necessary actions on it if needed.
