Planning

It’s a management function which help to decide something beforehand. It is a thinking before the desired actions are put in place. It is to look up in the future so that we can get an idea on how to deal with the problems and situations. It helps one to keep a track of activity, so that they can eliminate work which is unproductive, and it also controls and sets a standard for each activity.

In short, we can say planning is a managerial function, Intellectual process, continuous activity, Decision making and futuristic.

Organizing

It talks about relationship made among activity, task and people. It’s all about how we take them together and coordinate to each the desired goal. They identify resources and people and group them together to make the work simple and successful. Steps which are followed in organizing are as follows

· Identify activities

· Group them together to achieve the goal

· Assigning a head to each team

· Coordinating vertically and horizontally

Leading

Its talks about motivating the workers to work with all their skills and capabilities to reach the desired objective. When you constantly motivate communicate and push them to achieve more is when they work with their full capability. When you as a manger do that it helps a work to improve his confidence, build morals and help to create leadership skills in them.

Controlling

It helps one to measure the result and to find the progress the organization has made. It also helps to eliminate the irregularities, minimize cost and work with uncertainty. It focuses on business and the fast development. Moreover, future planning is not possible if control information is not provided. Therefore, it plays an important role in management function.
