Trait theory is a leadership style to understand the individual's personality. Trait approach is studying human personality and endeavor through experiencing and monitoring the human personality, trait approach is studying the human thought, behavior, ideas, emotion, etc. Traits are many variables on person to person and situations. Strengths of traits approach is basically targeting leaders personality and avoiding follower and even not focusing on situations. Traits approach is much effective in training to individuals in preparing leadership personality and traits approach is very much natural and real. In this world, criticisms are everywhere and the biggest criticism of the trait approach is that theory does not believe that traits change by the passing of time. Another criticism is an approach using group results to justify the individuals and the trait approach is subjective and determined by experts.
