In today’s society queues are used in our daily lives for billing at stores, outlets, malls, and cinema halls, ticket windows, toll tax booths, luggage checking machines, patients waiting outside the Doctor’s clinic, Registration counter at Hospitals, etc. We use queues to meet our basic needs.
Influence of queues:
Queues are never liked by people and everyone is uncomfortable while waiting. Therefore, queues bring a lot of frustration and wastage of time at the places where the queue system is weak.

Bank Queue System:
When a person has to wait in the bank queues to talk to the Relationship Manager regarding a cheque bounce case on a Saturday. Due to the weekend, it has a long queue and a lot of customers step in for the bank works as it is their holiday and a Relationship Manager handles different kinds of customers in his job capacity so he has a long waiting queue.
