Here we will discuss the ways in which compensation based on productivity and/or profitability may be appropriate in a health care organization along with the three examples of compensation based on productivity and three examples of compensation based on profitability.
Before we get into the examples we need to understand the meaning of compensation based on productivity and compensation based on profitability.
Compensation based on productivity is that compensation or the bonus which is given to the health care staff, doctors, or employees based on their hard work in the healthcare institution to motivate them to produce more of the successful and desired results.
whereas on the other hand, compensation based on profitability is back compensation or the bonus which is given to the healthcare staff doctors for employees based on the amount of profit earned by that healthcare institution in a specific or a particular time period to motivate them to produce more of the successful and desired results.
Examples of compensation based on productivity in Healthcare institutions:-
1) The compensation of the bonus should be given to healthcare staff or doctors then they have achieved a standard or a goal or any objective of the Healthcare institution.
2) Compensation order bonuses should be given to the health care staff or doctors for their overtime or extra hard work done by them in the Healthcare institution.
3) Compensation of the bonus should be provided to Healthcare staff or doctors for their appreciable acts done in the Healthcare institutions.
Examples of compensation based on profitability in Healthcare institutions:-
1) Whenever there are extra profits in the healthcare institutions that should be divided among the employees for doctors for healthcare staff in the form of compensation.
2) Whenever there is a sudden gain or profit in an organization that should definitely be divided among the healthcare staff doctors in the form of compensation to motivate them.
3) compensation based on profit should be given to the healthcare stop or doctor as the bonus to keep them motivated.
