Obesity or over weight is common problem in now a days. Moast of the reason for obesity include unhealthy food or lifestyle habits.

Obesity is leading to most of the health issues and this is why obesity is considered as the most dangerous condition. As know our country is a developed one so the standard of life is also high. Major risk for developing obesity is sedentary lifestyle. Lack of exercise leads to accumulation of fat in body and it's leads to obesity. Another reason is food habit. Junk foods food rich in fat and there excess consumption leads to obesity.

Advancements in technology are also leads to sedentary lifestyle.

Around 70 percentage of body weight consist of water or liquids. This says the importance of water in human body. Water is an essential component for the proper working of body systems. There are many functions are done by the water in our body .

Exercise and athletic performance are the body activities which needs many energy and work load. Water is a key important component for athletes. Because of during athletic performance or exercise body temperature rise due to the metabolic activity and water is needed to return the body temperature to normal and maintain the homeostasis of the body.

Proper maintenance of homeostasis of the body is necessary to work properly. Then only we get the appropriate result and also can be avoid most of the health problems.
