Obesity is a complex condition defines as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation, which is risk for other health problems.

PERCEIVED SUSCEPTIBILITY

An individual's perception of his or her of contracting the health condition. Obese patients should have a perception about complications that can occur.

PERCEIVED SEVERITY

An individual's understanding about the seriousness of condition left untreated or not following the instructions provided to reduce the obesity.

PERCEIVED BENEFITS

Individual should have a thorough understanding or perception about the benefits of good taking care of the conditions. As health care we should insist them the importance of obesity.

PERCEIVED BARRIERS

Individual's should be aware about the hindrance or obstruction that can occur during the maintenance of good health.

Example :Urge to eat food during their diet, not following proper diet during the course.

CUES OF ACTION

Clues of action includes the physiological condition of the patient and demographic databases includes age, sex, culture, food habits,practices

Example:A man cannot control their diet as much as an woman can.

SELF EFFICIENCY

Determination or confidence, which can build the individual to complete their perceptions to actions.

As a health provider, we should help them in such scenarios.
