Things that I would recommend to the Government to improve the spread of e-business :-

1. Need to recognize and Endorsed e-commerce as a tool for increase competitiveness , although many business understood the potential of e-business, government have a crucial role in encouraging the adoption of this new means of new business.

2. E-business should be as a win-win opportunity for both the developed and developing countries as well as for big and small entrepreneurs.

3. Government must also tackle another type of divide like a mindset divide . This divide pervades enterprises, small and big;nations ,developed and developing.

4. Government need to create the right environment for the use and development of e-commerce domestically and internationally.

5. Government should facilitating e-business and access to the new technologies,not impeding their development.

6. We need to build internet users Trust and confidence in this powerful relatively new means of conducting business by addressing key issues such as privacy,data security and authentication.

7. Liberalisation of telecommunications should be encouraged to help to reduce internet access costs and favors the development of high quality infrastructure.

8. Government must ensure through appropriate regulations that the growth and development of e-business do not undermine intellectual property rights and the purpose they serve.

9. Governance should cooperate in developing their approach to e-business and need to redefine the public-private partnership.

10. Government and international organizations need to coordinate their works and enhance their mutual understanding of their respective works as it relates to e-business.
