Why do you believe so many people have trouble developing and following a budget?

It is true that sticking to budget is difficult for most of the people but it’s important to do that in order to survive happily and conveniently. This is one key way to control the expenses and not let them overshoot. Reasons why people have trouble developing and following a budget are:

1. Not being practical: It makes the people not develop any budget. They keeps on procrastinate on it and never follow any.
2. Not willing to manage time: People are mostly not willing to manage their time to make budget and then wile following it, calculate their expenses before they overshoot. They feel it like a burden to them.
3. Not willing to manage expense: Some of them are not even willing to manage their expenses and stop them. They don’t care to not spend over the limits and are free about the matter of budgeting and all.
