Male fertility is caused by - Smoking , Long hot baths ( Temporarily impair sperm production), Laptops on laps, genetic defects, obesity, steroid use, psychological disorders, sexually transmitted infections.

Female fertility - Age, Stress, overweight or underweight, smoking, poor diet, STD's, endometriosis, ovarian disorders.

To deal with infertility females can try Yoga, acupuncture, try to gain ideal weight according to BMI, quit smoking, taking prenatal vitamin, taking expectorant and stop taking birth control pills.

For males - Good diet, Quit smoking, ideal weight according to BMI, limit or avoid alcohol, avoid things that lead to prolonged heating of testicles, stress reduction, staying away from illicit drugs.

This infertility condition can severely damage couple's emotional state giving rise to anxiety, stress, irritation, lack of self confidence etc which can give rise to divorce, lack of intimacy, married life affected as well as social life etc.
