Netmeds is a good pharmacy website.
1) Before entering the website, I was expecting to have a phone button or chat button on the home page itself via which I could have directly contacted. I thought the homepage would be a little longer and more information would be present but it wasn't. I considered to have a search button at the top and it was there. All the necessary criteria for ordering medicines were present. Discount coupons were present as per my expectations.
2) I would say it was a mixed experience. As all the necessary things were present in the home page itself. The expectations were almost good. Why I felt like this? -I mentioned in the first question.
3) It should be much more optimised. Better options should be available in front. All the medications can be categorised as per disease and drug classification. It will make the website more classic. There should be a direct call logo in left below of the screen.
