Entrepreneur:

One who created his own business i.e a person who organise,operate and assume the risk of a business venture.an entrepreneur is a person who perceives a head and then brings together man power and material and capital required to meet the need.

Some of the economists are argue that entrepreneur need to some special important characters most of the countries are following same type of culture in entrepreneur ship business but American culture follow the different type entrepreneur culture so only some of the economist not fabricate Americans entrepreneur.

What entrepreneur culture following by Americans:

  • High level of individualism
  • Low level of uncertainty avoidance
  • Low level of power distance

The above three american entrepreneur culture totaly different from common culture followed by other countries.

Maximum of country following collectivism culture but Americans culture flowing the individualism,the individualism refers to every one expect and accept that to look after himself,but collectivism intergraded to all and strong.

Power distance it's refers to the distribution of power is equal but american follow low on power distance culture i.e power s disteibution uneual.

Uncertainty avoidance and individual risk taking is discouraged in USA.we conclude that the above three different entrepreneur culture in USA make entrepreneur dominate their social structure so the common culture of entrepreneur is not fit to the American entrepreneur,so this is the reason most of economist not consider Henry Ford,Steve jobs,Krabs and pritchett are not valide example of entrepreneur.
