Who did more for the world, Henry Ford or Mother Theresa? Explain.

In a leader passion is not about length, it is about depth. Some leaders are loud, and with their rhetoric they can stir up a crowd. Yet genuinely passionate leaders can be still: a leader's passion is a deep and enduring dedication to a cause, a dream, a business.

Mother Teresa comes to mind as a passionate leader: quiet, small, humble: she spent 50 years working among the poorest of the poor in Calcutta and founded an order, the Missionaries of Charity, now active in 133 countries, explaining her mission to provide full and free service to the poor.

Henry Ford offers another perfect example of "passionate leader": he just kept going, despite business failure (the Ford Motor company was in fact his third attempt to establish an automotive manufacturing company), and the rejection of his ideas from others. Fifteen years after Ford began making the Model T-his vision of a reasonably priced, reliable and powerful vehicle-half of the cars on the US road were Model Ts.

Hery Ford definitely did more for the world which impacted the lives of many people, though we still cannot ignore the work done by Mother Teresa

Henry Ford was the first man to manage assembly-line jobs quickly and effectively. Model Ts have rolled off the production line ever more. Henry was apprehensive. He 'd made too much money. Then, Henry Ford did something that in those days was very unusual. He raised the wages of his men, and improved their working conditions. Wages increased from two dollars a day to five at the Ford factories, and working hours were cut from twelve hours a day to eight.
