Niravn should implement some of the leader member exchange model quality in his team in which he should be fair for all team. So that everyone can communicate with him. He should not discrimination then team member which creates negative feelings and affects the work capacity of the employees and he should be motivatived so that member can also be motivated. The team leader should bring positive motivations to all his employees, which increases the employee's ability to work and also his intrest. He should take the initiative of bringing the team members closer. As a team leader should always maintain good relations among employees, this makes it easier to distribute work among all employees. Being a good mentor create a great team. When the team does well, its credit, and when it does not do well, always be ahead to take responsibility for it.
