Citizens of a society have a responsibility for the social welfare of their communities because they are an integral part of the society and need to with hold ethical grounds while being responsible for their actions for the greater good of the society. Citizens have a role to play when it comes to the Welfare of their communities, it is not in the capacity of a single government that they can take care of minor disputes within a small community, they can only provide the public with it which can be used to achieve welfare. It is the responsibility of citizens of the community that they take awareness that they follow all the possible guidelines that are put by the society authorities. Few men have the tendency to evade this kind of responsibility because they think that there must be someone else who can do the job and they are not personally responsible for the welfare of everyone in the society but it is unethical to do so.
