Role playing game is one of the widely played game around the world. The online multiplayer games are examples of table top simulation. For example LUDO. It enables 4 persons to play at a time but each of them has their own identity represented b in different colors.

Tabletop exercises are discussion by team members in an informal manner in a classroom setting about their roles and responses during an emergency situation. ie its an enactment of how an emergency situation should be faced and handled. This gives handson experience to employee and trains them on how to handle emergency situations. Exercises should be made in such a way that it should engage all the team members and get them working together.

They are good for taining,decision making, team bonding etc as they involves each of the members and irrespective of their designation to work together.

It helps an organization to act quickly and effectively in an emergency situation.

It improves better understanding of a company's policy and guidelines.
