Effective communication results in effective action and results. Effective communications depend upon the clarity of the message and how the message is interpreted and understood by the recipient. The communication is said to effective when the deliverer and recipient of the message are in sync with each other in terms of understanding.

Effective communication and lobbying strategies focusing on diversity involve communicating the advantages of diversity and the positive results it brings. This involves effectively communicating with the influencers within the organization who can bring the people on their side. Having a good presentation and testimonials of persons from different organizations about the benefits of diversity helps in getting across the message. Influencing focus groups within the organization, listening to their views and understanding their requirements helps in engaging with the people and providing them alternatives.
