Expert Solution

Two newspaper ad that I believe are bland and unexciting are:-
1) The times of India: - Astrology ad
2) The Hindu: - Matrimony ad-
Hard sell: - Hard sell strategy is usually aggressive and they put a high amount of pressure on the client. The main advantage here is that it gets straight to the point where the clients are ready to buy the product. On the other hand, soft sell focuses on the relationship-building aspects of sales and does not put any pressure on the clients, instead show them the solutions they are looking for.
1) The times of India: - Real estate
Hard sell approach:-
1) In a real estate business, we need to write listing in a way that sells the properties quickly. Especially the price should be mention in a way that it promotes well.
2) Explaining why that property is important for a lifetime.
There is no catchy headline in TOI and without wasting time its better to get to the point.
Soft sell approach:-
According to me, they are already into a soft-sell so there is no much change.
This can improve the original ad since TOI has not used a hard sell approach yet which is very important in the real estate business.
