Note: Some graphics may not be copied and pasted into the DB thread correctly. What types of visual data representations do you find most informative? What about the data representation influences your belief? What type of visual data representation do you think would best display percentage information? Why do you believe this? What type of visual data representation do you think would best represent a comparison of similar data from three different companies (e.g., net annual profit for last year)? Expert Solution

1.Accounting data is often presented in the form of tables of numbers, sometimes simply as a print out from a spreadsheet or reports from an accounting software package. While this style of presentation provides detailed figures, it may not always be the most effective way to present and communicate information. It may be that some key information should be highlighted, perhaps relationships between certain figures should be emphasised, or trends identified. Appropriate presentation of data in the form of graphs or charts can be a useful analysis tool and if the data is then effectively interpreted this can facilitate the decision-making process

2. For Presentation of Percentage Information Charts will be effective Especially PIE-Charts because just by mere look we can Know the high Composition items to Low Composition Values.

3. For Comparison of Net Profit of three Different Companies Tabular Presentation is effective Since we can easily identify the difference which causes the More Income,Expenses between three companies
