Some of the examples of developing Self-Esteem are as follows:
Builduing up self-compassion is very important. Low self compassion leads to low self-esteem which can hinder positivity and happiness. For example : Criticising oneself each and every time is not a healthy sign. Critical thinkng is appreciated but overthing and over criticism can damage our self esteem. Always flush away the negative thoughts that kick in and build up as much self compassion as possible.
A basic rule of a positive and successful life involves proper planning and implementing of the desired goals. It is really important to plan each and every decision that we make. Effective Planning results in successful implementation and a desired outcome. For example : Always do one thing at a time, and prioritize your goals and work accordingly. Too many tasks at the same time increase the chance of failure which invites stress. And in such a case Self Esteem is highly damaged.
It is really important to have good communication skills. Self Esteem increases as the level of communication increases. It is awlays benefitial to communicate with both outer world and inner self. The high level of cofidence while communicating reflects High self esteem. For example : Always being confident while discussing any point or communicating one's thoughts and ideas.
