Expert Solution

Yes, I find the Linked in learning courses quite useful because they are the latest professional courses, which provide a lot of knowledge about the current business scenario. These courses are designed, keeping in mind the latest business needs and trends. The main utility of the course is that of the flexible timings according to the user's requirements. On completion of the course, a certificate is given, which increased my potential in the job market. The instructor provides visual coaching and the speed of the video can be adjusted or repetition of the topics can be done according to the need. These courses also helped to enhance my professional skills. Another thing that I like about the course is that I could experience the course free for one month and then I made the payment for buying the course. During the one month trial, I could have a clear idea about the program, that I was planning to learn. So, overall I had a very nice time learning from the qualified experienced teachers of Linkedin learning courses.

To make a transition into a data science role, I have to take some initiative first and decide on a series of steps to implement this program. The steps are as follows-

1. The initial stage depends on the educational field of the candidate. If someone is from a technical or research background, then the transition becomes quite easy. The people from the nontechnical background, have to first increase their subject knowledge about this field. I will first try to increase my knowledge of data science.

2. Data science courses are available in many domains like that of HR, marketing, finance e.t.c.I will select the course related to my domain.

3. I will try to find the basic courses, which are affordable and according to the suitable time, that will help me, learn the basics of the data science ie coding e.t.c.

3. I will try to find a project or job related to data analysis

4. I will try to compare my skill set with the skill set needed to get a job in data science and see if there is some more skill set that I will need. I will try to acquire those needed skills.

5. Finally, I will apply for the job and will try my best to do in the new job.
