1. Developing culture in the middle -east is most significant to succeed in the business with respect to the following factors :

1. Religion -centric- Muslim religion with Arabic language is the existing culture to be known as a potential entrepreneur .

• Trust - Friendly and warm relationship to be maintained for better results.
• Importance of tomorrow (buqra) - Things to be scheduled well in advance.
• Mind manners - Working days in their country constitutes Monday to Friday , festivals constitutes Eid and Ramadan, gestures like sitting with flat feet on ground, avoid using left hand and avoid physical touch between men and women are their respective manners to be noticed.
• Be a grateful guest - As they hosted them lavishly.
• Avoid politics - As it is not preferred to get enough information in your country.
• No local dress - Business suit and tie for men and no tight-fitting for women.
• Gift giving = Trust = Success - Silver compass respect for their religious traditions.
• Adjust english language - Simple presentation slides as it is persisting low in Arab countries.
• Be humble and respectful - Good inter-relationship with colleagues to succeed in your direction.  

2. Saudi Arabia helping foreign start-ups to get business license in the non-oil sector.The governor of MSME, Ghassan Al Sulaiman said the preference will be given for innovative business idea in terms of incentives like free rent, transportation and subsidised housing for potential foreign entrants.

The technology sector has given prominence in their economy as some of the companies like apple, amazon, Google reach billion $ evaluation so far.
